Together, We Can Make a Difference for Our Veterans
This year, the American Legion Auxiliary – Department of North Carolina, proudly supports the Veteran’s Healing Farm through our President’s Project. This meaningful initiative helps improve the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our nation’s Veterans and their families.

Established in 2013, the Veteran’s Healing Farm provides a safe and peaceful environment where Veterans can find healing, hope, and camaraderie. Through programs centered on brain health, agri-therapy, and therapeutic activities, the Farm offers Veterans opportunities to heal, reconnect, and build a stronger sense of community. 

Growing Hope and Healing
The Veteran’s Healing Farm offers a variety of programs and activities designed to support Veterans on their journey toward wellness, including:
•     Organic farming
•     Beekeeping
•    Medicinal herbs
•    Educational workshops
•    Therapeutic activities
•    Special events and opportunities for fellowship
These programs provide meaningful ways for Veterans to connect with nature, learn new skills, and enjoy the benefits of community and purposeful activity.
