Candidates must be junior members in good standing in the Department of NC.

A unit may only submit one candidate per year.

The senior Unit must approve candidates.

Applications for the Warren-Ragan Junior Scholarship must be secured from the Unit to which they are applying.

The completed application packet must be returned to the unit prior to March 15th of the year in which the application is made.

The Unit must submit a letter of endorsement about the applicant, including her involvement in the unit, school, community, and other accomplishments, etc.
